I got an Etrac and guy I hunt with here and there has a Safari. There are some similarities, but with customizing and fine tuning for different environments, ground, targets, etc... the Etrac rocks! I have always had 2 detectors, but it's always been an Etrac + a _____.

im perfectly content to stay with the safari but i always hear how much better the e-trac is so i figured i would try it im a sucker for newer and shinier things lol

Thats a deal and a half my man,If i had the extra cash id buy it right now,Ive got the omega up on ebay with both coils,bag and headphones,If it sells at 350 or so,i`ll get this from you. Good luck when you snag your e trac!!

Still available? If so, are both Safari's the same age? 2010-2011? Anything at all wrong with them?
I actually have been looking for a metal detector, been researching, etc. Decided between Safari and E-trac myself.
However, if I can get 2 at @1200, my husband and I would both consider this option, since we were leaning towards Safari anyway.
Do you have all the paperwork/manuals too?

Do both come with the waterproof/rain covers?
