What's the story on this ax?
What is the dimensions of the axe?
Is the axe polished flat and smooth on both faces?
Is this polished slate?

That one is actually a hoe.
Roughly 5 1/2” long and 3/4” at its thickest point.
Polished only on the bit end. Also, I will post

Me from a good friend. It is a local field find. Sorry I originally posted it as a personal
Find....✌️Made of basalt I believe
