Minnesota quarter. Extra tree?

Found this today while coin roll hunting. It looks like there is an “extra tree.” Look above the fisherman. It’s really odd, I could see it with the naked eye. Under a magnifier it looks like cud.

What do you all think? Error or not?

I'm not seeing it? I see what appear to be a couple nicks above the small tree directly to the right of the fisherman which should be there.

From the picture it looks like it may be pmd. Cud only occurs along the rim.
