✅ SOLVED Miraculous Medal help

Im posting for a friend, found in Newton Falls Ohio, on the same property a 1790 something Reale was found (that I posted, no more favors until I get to hunt there MD!), we know its a Miraculous Medal, but can not find this cross design anywhere on the Internet, anyone have any info or around about date when it was made? Stamped "Sterling" on the back if thats any help. Thanks as always......oh yeah, dimensions are 1.4" x 1.075"
