- Nokta FoRs Gold, a Gold Cube, 2 Keene Sluices and Lord only knows how many pans....not to mention a load of other gear my wife still doesn't know about!

No, it's not my mother-in-law, but it is the hottest heat
wave ever to descend on the far corner of the PNW.

And the forecast shows it slowly dropping back to normal temps
by the following Monday.
Our 15 year old Sharp air conditioner took a dump Monday, so the
wife hunted down a new GE unit yesterday, and I installed it this
morning. The Sharp was a 12,000 BTU, and this one is a 10,000.
So far, it's holding the temp down pretty good, but Sat. is going
to be another 20 degrees hotter than today was.
