Missouri River Wrecks obvious after drought

they may or may not contain disposed chem weapons and or ordnance

LOL, yeah whatever you do, don't go looking for anything of value in the shipwrecks because it's not there and it belongs to the state anyway. What a joke.

How does anyone know what is and what isnt there? I dont understand why the state is so keen on keeping something that they say has no value. Of course, when a ship was sinking, they even saved all the garbage, old bottles, brass fittings, cups and saucers, before abandoning ship?
If someone goes down and saves a little piece of history, will that hurt the state or change history in anyway? "Its not worth anything, but you cant have it!"
