Hi Folks,
MisSpeedy got here yesterday evening. We hunted while it was
still daylight and she was popping and hissing like she didn’t like
me or something.
This morning I put a new battery in her and then I proceeded to
fall in love.
After getting her all juiced up, we went to an old park with an old
tot lot in downtown LR.
Two months ago I found a small 10k gold wedding band at this
park.
When I hunted it today, I found a real small gold colored wedding
band. It is not marked and looks just like gold. I thought I had
another real gold ring until I got home and tested it.
MisSpeddy is a great detector. I found that ring, an ear ring, an
ear ring back and all kinds of stuff.
I hunted most of it and suddenly a horde of rug rats chased me
off the tot lot. It was awful, I had to run for my sanity.
I hunted around the old park for a while and didn’t find any old
coins.
So I went by another park that didn’t have a sole in the tot lot.
I hunted this tot lot a couple of months ago also.
I found about six or seven pieces of chain here. None are
gold or silver, but it was kind of odd. I found a shoe pendant,
a brass piece of some kind of jewelry, a fake diamond ear ring
and also some other nick-knacks.

We had a great time. Got carried away and was almost late.
