MoCo public property hunts?

So, those of us who live, lived, hunted, etc in MoCo know that the parks are off limits. Does anyone know the technicalities on public land i.e. school grounds?

I would suggest Baltimore county parks, get a free permit and hunt away. You can join the MARS Metal detecting club, always a wealth of knowledge from the local hunters there on land hunting. DO's and Don'ts
