More coppers and buttons

Hi all,
I went out again this past weekend and these are my finds. The large buttons are very thin? Does this mean they are very old? Of the small ones, I found a nice silver one and have'nt looked at the others yet. The three coins look pretty rough. Two look like king George type, 78ish on the t2se and the third looks early, thick and 92 ish on the machine. These were found in a wooded area so I thought the condition might be good, but, the ground was low so rain run off could be the problem. Can anyone id the tube with a slot in it. It is all copper and about 4 inches long, 1" in diameter. Thanks for looking!

Nice bunch of finds! Buttons and coppers are always nice. Can't help you with an ID on the tube.
