More good old finds that I had laying around... help solve years on backburner #1...

I have been digging through old finds stuff...
some of them date back 35+ years of finds...
All items in my opinion are either very rare of have eluded research...
Some of these items I have an "idea" about
others I have no clue whatsoever...
Lets see who can solve some of the mysteries I have held onto over the years...
Most of these items I will be posting are PRE internet days... (pre google anyway)

ITEM #1...
I call a hair beret...
Made of PURE silver...
1 inch by 3 inch.
mark is shield with what appears to be FNCC...

Seems like you have some nice items ARRC, I will look further into this one, are the two small attachments on the back fully closed, hard to tell from the pictures.
