Decided to go play again today. Driving down the road 20 some miles down the highway, I realized I left my wetsuit and booties in the bathtub. DAHHHH. So drove home and ventured out again. STRANGE day. No brass rings, no silver rings, no tokens, no religious medals. WEIRD with a capital W. However, I did find my first Barber dime out there and I found an awesome pocket spill. The Barber is a 1914. The pocket spill was the Walker, Two merc's and the buffalo.

On the way home I got a phone call. The dive shop gave my number to a person. NOT to find anything dropped off a boat. This was to put a drain cover on a pool in 9' of water. That took all of 5 minutes. Another 40.00 to add to my cash. It was great because it was on the way home. Less than two miles off the highway.

Total for today is the 40.00, walker, two Washington's, the barber, two merc's and two Roosevelt's. Also the buffalo and 6 wheat's. ONLY jewelry was the small double heart brass bracelet. A 1.50 in silver is better than nothing that is for sure. There is always tomorrow. Thanks for looking.

Another picture of where I am playing. The dock posts are cut about 8 inches above the muck and I can only find them after I move the weeds. I could be here all summer and not put a dent in the finds.

Actually it did. Needed two screws and had to start both before it was tightened down.

Thank you Joe. I really do appreciate your comments. You have had a wonderful year also. Your totals will be hard to catch up to! I am trying.

Retired??? Looks like your still working, but doing what you enjoy. Kudos to you Scuba. Living the dream. :notworthy:

Working? LOL, playing for money. Adding to my retirement account. This is what I do in the summer. Relax and try to enjoy life. Winters in Michigan stink. I think I hear Florida calling me for a few weeks this winter to see if anybody is nice enough to leave a few gold trinkets for me.

If it was me thinking this, I'd darn sure pick a spot or two that can't possibly have any sharks come up and nibble on ya!

Sweet, I'm going to have to advertise for the marinas like that.

Looks like a great site, love those finds!

A guy at work years ago did pool repair on the side.
Often broken pipes under concrete due to Michigan winters.
He was considering Florida as his job was falling off....and he had plenty of heavy equipment sitting idle.
Anyway , he paid a diver well for liner repairs and work like your drain job.

Congrats on your recoveries and ventures!

so cool - congrats!!!
