My goodness, I have never seen a point that small. What would have it been used for?

Nice finds Jonzer :hello2:

That one on the dime does have notches so ??? Your fortunate to find so many Madisons! :headbang:

Peachy, They Hunted everything from Bison to Birds with those itty bity points. I wouldnt want any shot into me.

I'll take madisons any day of the week...they're one of my favorites (probably because they're the most abundant around here and my heart skips a beat every time I find one!). Thought you might enjoy these pics from last year.

Seems the only type I find these days.

If you are just going to find one type, that isn't a bad one to go with... They usually have nice workmanship, they frame up nice, etc. You could be finding Gary points like our friends in Northeast Texas...

Thanks everyone.
I am fortunate and happy finding so many nice Madisons.
Just itchin to find something big and banner worthy.
After all the rain we've had, I figured this would be the year.
Crops are in now so I'll have to wait til fall.
Unless my cricks and digging pays off. Fingers crossed.
