Got out to part of the trail today. No great finds, just the usual shoes, shells, nails, bent wagon wheel shims, and parts. The shells are marked REM UMC 30-30, WCC 41, WRACO 44 WCF and Western NO 10 New Chief. I only list shells to give reference to the time period of the trail. This trail, was used for many years as I have found relics that date back to the Spanish Conquistadors. Don't know what the pig nosed item is, any ideas ???
Thanks for looking...

Congrats on the finds! You and Limitool need to team up as you could give him a run for his' money when it comes to finding horseshoes and oxen shoes.;D

The long piece on the left looks like a bicycle kickstand. Gary
