Another beautiful day in Kansas and I made a full day of it hunting. Started out at a new permission where I found the merc last week. Found a lot of clad < ($1.03) . Spent about 4 hours here thought I need to find some old coins so headed back to some yards I have found multible silvers on. Started out finding the wheaties, 1944, 1949, 1950 and FINALLY hit the 1906D Barber Dime. Pretty shallow, only about 4" BUT in the same hole I pulled the headstamp and a small nail. THANK YOU MINELAB for Target Trace . Looking like rain (and it did), so started working my way back to the truck and hit the IHP, about 8" deep. Haven't been able to get a date off it, pretty bad shape.
Found a bunch of trash and other items, and had a GREAT DAY ! The Barber cleaned up nicely also. ALWAYS makes my day to find a Barber !!!!!
I ran the CTX in Heavy Trash starting out . When I moved to the older dirt I changed to Coins , +3, Ground Coin, Combined Tones, Deep On (played with this all day), Fast On,

Its the lid off a water meter. It reads " Worthington-Gamon Meter Co. 3831250 Newark, Nj. U.S.A."

Awesome... Love those toy cars... Congrats

Your Barber dime is in great shape. You dug a fleet of toy cars there. Somehow I have dug a ton of those old hose nozzles.

Fun day hunting! :icon_thumleft:

Well done! Any day that a Barber shows up, it's a good day.
