Spent the week trying to beat the heat when chores ceased.
The first beach on Monday was less than spectacular, $1.39 in clad and silly rings, one tungsten and one stainless with tacky stones all around. Oy.

Tuesday was a little more interesting, I thought, until I got home and looked everything over. All junk, including another tacky tungsten ring. The home made button was a quarter, likely pre '65 from the looks, but the date was obliterated. Shot shells are Ideal and Climax, and the cartridges are .32s&w and .38s&w. Makes you wonder what the heck was going on at Lake Tahoe 120 years ago.

Yesterday was a better day for sure with 2 gold pendants, a gold chain in several pieces, a few sterling items, a gold crown, a few junk items and $2.47 in the most colorful clad I've ever seen. I've hunted all around Tahoe and have never seen these colors except at this beach. The colors aren't nearly as brilliant in the pics as actually are. Total gold came in at 11g of 14k and better.
