You must of misinterpreted my posting! I never stated that Silver Eagles at $35 to $45 ($30 sometimes when buying in bulk) was a deal.

All coinage...except the Cent, the Three Cent (Nickel) and the Nickel up to and including 1964, are 90% Silver.
