I just got my M-6 back after 21 days....Whites did a superb job,I don't know what they did but,it sure is super charged:laughing7:.
I went to the High School and saw the gate for the FootBall Stadium open...well no one around so I wandered in at 7:15...next thing I knew it was 1:55.

Ended up with 110 quarters...47 dimes,one was a 23 merc.56 cents...72 and 66 Kennedy Half...2 nickles...925 Rings and a strange token..or is it a button? Says Treble Gilt.

Was a pretty good day.

GOD Bless

Chris

It is a brass 1-piece button. Its raised-lettering backmark saying "Treble Gilt" and "TW&W" dates it from 1814 to 1865... because that is when the Paris France button-making firm of Trelon, Weldon & Weill was in business. (It joined with another firm in 1865, so the names in the button backmark changed.)

The term "Treble Gilt" in the backmark meant triple-goldplated.

Congrats, those quarters must have been clusters... WoW.. nice silver to boot.. :occasion14:

Wow, u probly weighed 45 lbs more carrying all that stuff , killer hunt!!

Dude you gotta be kidding me! That's over 200 targets, not counting trash! I can't even get up and down 200 times in a day let alone dig 200+ targets. Nice work!

Wow... that is just unreal. If I find 8 quarters, I am impressed with myself. Good show.

Not to much crap, lots of cherry picking though. Same field oxbowbarefoot and I hit last year....got thrown out by 3 leos in 3 cruisers that day,I told one there was NO sign saying not to,His reply was"that doesn't mean you can do it."

Yes sir ..we are leaving...kept an eye out all the time I was there..NO LEOS!!!:laughing7:

Truly awesome! I guess no one's been hunting that field for a while! I hope some are silver.

My M6 is having a hard time telling quarters, pennies, and screw caps apart, I'm beginning to wonder if working the very trashy areas has taken it's toll, maybe it needs t be reset?
