four options regarding Ringtown:
- The building needs repairs, including new flooring throughout, painting, ceiling, brick and window repair at an estimated cost from $350,000 to $450,000.
- Full alterations and repairs to make the building like new carry an estimated tag of up to $3.5 million.
- Keep the building closed and turn it over to Ringtown borough. Two of the three deeds, which include the building and most of the property, have reverter clauses that return the property to the borough when it is not used for education.
- Demolish the building and construct a new school of the same size for an estimated cost of $5.5 million to $6.4 million.
