🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Mount?

One that has been sat in the old miscellaneous box for a while. I found it on pasture in a field to the back of my house on the outskirts of town
Made from Pewter I think the plumes are the symbol of the Prince of Wales.
And that is all I know about it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did think that a possibility but cannot find any similar examples.
I just went to see and drop off some finds with my local finds liaison officer too and never thought to bring this one along. Dammit.
Though having tried before to get some kind of ID im suspecting it may even stump them
