Wasn't the title like Green card, or Visa or something?? Wasn't this a movie about the guy on the floor being from another country, and he was playing married to the woman to stay in here in the US?? Or am I TOTALLY off??

yup, that is Gérard Depardieu for sure.. Wasn't he also a convicted rapist?? I didn't see that part mention in Wikipedia
