#1 ... Opinions given from looking at a picture should be taken "with a grain of salt" ... pictures can be misleading ...
#2 ... As per above, you should take your coin, in hand, to a coin dealer for an opinion, if possible. Preferably, one who is familiar with grading Lincoln cents.
#3 ... Looking at your photos, there appears to be numerous contact marks to the coin's surfaces. Way too many to get anywhere near an MS grading (IMHO... refer to point #1)

... I'm no expert here, which is why I suggest getting an opinion with coin in hand, from someone knowledgeable in grading Lincoln cents.

...Again, Pictures can be misleading, & there is no substitute for "eyes & hands on" the subject in question.

...also, steer clear of anyone's exacting appraisal from a photograph.

I pulled these out of circulation. I’ll have to do more research. My older Pennie’s are in bad shape but I have a few 50-70s that are good looking.

"Bag marks" are common. DO NOT CLEAN!! If you can't resist the urge to wipe it, only use the cloth that comes with eye glasses. Handle by the edges. I was able to have a coin dealer send my coin in with their coins. They get a good dealer discount at NCG. I paid their price. Check around.

From looking at the photo it does seem to be a large date, a small date will be worth more.

That is certainly something about which I have little knowledge. I just repeated what a trustworthy coin dealer said to me. That sounds like the coin grading companies are scamming people. It my experience in metallurgy as a welder. It is very important to remove any kind of contamination, residue, scum sticky crap off as soon as possible or it will soak in the coating and deteriorate the outer layer or be overreacting to the atmosphere.
