#1 ... Opinions given from looking at a picture should be taken "with a grain of salt" ... pictures can be misleading ...I think it’s ms 68 should I get it graded? Not quite full steps, anyone have any guidance?

"Bag marks" are common. DO NOT CLEAN!! If you can't resist the urge to wipe it, only use the cloth that comes with eye glasses. Handle by the edges. That is certainly something about which I have little knowledge. I just repeated what a trustworthy coin dealer said to me. I think his advise was genuine as he was looking to possibly acquire the coin himself.
