Multi-Colored Bottle?

Just curios of what happened to this bottle.... it has a very hazy color and varying shades of brown and tan, aswell as stripes. Its an early screw on, i think 30s or 40s.

Can't see the whole bottle but sunlight will cause funky discoloration if it layer exposed for years....or if it's contents were chemical, it may leave residual streaks.

Might be a chemical bottle, the inside of the lip has a white residue aroound it.
