Relic Hunting
Had an other successful two days hunt. With 8 more early coppers and great relics.

Found two more Connecticut coppers. Both made in 1787 but both of a different variety, one being rare and the other very scarce.

Connecticut copper 1787 (M.33.1-Z.13) Rare.

Connecticut copper 1787 (M.44-W.4) Very scarce.

I can only dream of hunting somewhere that old amazing finds wow Do you want to trade hunting spots lol or finds for that matter lol .Thanks for sharing.

I'll stick to my spots. Thanks man.:icon_thumright:

Beautiful spread of coppers buddy. I’m especially loving the spade tokens and neck stock.

Probably my best copper coin spill so far. Pulled 19 in total, all being early. The gaming token and the buckle were a huge surprise, both first ones for me.

Beautiful spread as usual, but that neck stock is a stunner. Keep crushing it Aureus

It is a beautiful buckle. I rarely find the early ones but when they come out of the ground looking so good it's well worth the wait.

Once again, another successful hunt with incredible finds Anton! :occasion14:
You're so fortunate to have the history that you do in La belle Province.

I love the look of that early neck stock buckle, I've never heard of that term before. :icon_scratch:

Stunning finds.

More great stuff! Quality buckles of any kind are few and far between so that's a real winner. Coppers even on their own are well worth the effort. You're having a great Fall.

I'm sure glad with the results. The hours I've spent asking new permissions did pay off.

Look at the denticles on that large cent! Yowza!

Amazing job, brother! That buckle is an incredible piece of history for sure.

Thanks man. That cent is in a surprising condition for where I'm hunting. The buckle is the cherry on the cake

You were not joking , that is serious handful of great looking coppers .
8/7 is outstanding as well , the comments say it all ... mind boggling , fantastic buckle ! Wish I found that one :hello2:

Great Day !

Thanks Dave. I have seen them on Tnet a few times and although I have found my share of buckles in the past I haven't found this particular type in the past. They seem to be more uncommon ones.
