My 2016 season finds

More than a little late posting this, but what the hell. My Canadian detecting season was decent, but I seriously need to find some new locations for 2017.

Detecting in England was definitely the high point for the year, man I had such a good time.

Some silver, including a Roman silver that I really was hoping for.

Anglo Saxon brooch with "the beast" on it really got the blood pumping.

Coppers, Roman brooches, Roman bronze coins etc.

Back at home I had my best year ever for Indian cents, but the silver count was way down. Best coin was the Seated quarter.

Found lots of buttons, but these North West Mounted Police buttons were by far my best buttons ever. Managed to dig 19 of them, definitely hitting THAT location again!

Thanks man. Hard to believe it's been a whole year (I dug the brooch and Roman silver exactly one year ago today). It's killing me not going back this year. Sorry to hear you got cancelled, you just gotta get over there!
