Went out to do some dirt fishin' in the backyard while the kids were jumping on the trampoline.
Among the junk metal pieces found in my yard, I did manage to dig up a 1997 rabies tag and a small MarMello Painting and Design jar sealed with strange liquid contents at the base of an old tree.
My guess is that maybe it could have been a pet fish that went belly up and was buried.

Too funny. Maybe the fish died of rabies. Dog tags are always on my want list during a hunt. Take care and make some more digging time!

what does the liquid taste like?

Ooh...I don't want to open it! LOL
It probably stinks pretty bad

Nahh..it's just rainwater seepage. ..you want stinking bottles? Try digging up 140 year old bottles with the full cork still stuck in it....corks don't go out graciously. .lol

You got me beat, for sure!!

Try emptying some hundred year old mason jars:laughing9:

They can be rough..depending on what they were holding

One of them held baked beans, those actually still smelled pretty good:laughing9:
