The total is 11 rings in one 4 hour hunt! 5 Junkers, 1 silver, 1 (4.4g 10k), 4 (33.6g 14k). The diamond ring is my largest ever and is hard to take photos of because it's so bright. It was 24 in down at low tide and came out as bright as the day it was made. Lots of inscriptions on the gold so maybe I'll get to return one. If not, the wife and daughter will have to sort things out.

There were tons of targets today. Everything you see came off the beach today. whats the diameter of the central diamond in mm?

My wife help her 1ct against it and they look about the same size. I plan on bringing it to my friend to get the exact dimensions

Congrats on your best day ever. The diamond ring looks like the one my wife lost----however it was not in Ca and it was hidden in our house 2 years ago.

Wow nice haul. I knew someone out here had to be making out like a bandit. See any other fellow mdr's out ? And I know people out here don't like to say much about location but at least can you tell us if any was located south of Palos Verdes Peninsula? Was the big diamond ring the 10k or 14k ?

I did see 1 other guy out there who left as I got there. Both are 14k, but had to acid test the white gold (it was dipped). I hunt Santa Monica-ish. Not much south of there.

MikeinOC1, I'm in OC2! Where you thinking of trying. Looking at webcams tells me nothing. Looks just like average day to me.

Being able to return a ring that nice to the owner would be nice. I'm sure someone was really bummed to loose that beauty. Why anyone would wear something like that to the beach is beyond me.

Great silver ring. You can tell by that beautiful piece of tourquoise in it that it is probably handmade and older.
