My dad is what I like to call a surface coin Hunter. He and my mom are both retired and they have a yearly game where they see who can find the most money laying on the ground. My dad typically wins and to date they have found over $50 in change, just laying on the ground.
My dad likes to check all the coin slot returns on drink machines, newspaper machines etc.
Well he just called me and told me that he found two standing liberty quarters in the change return in the newspaper machine at the gas station.
What a lucky joker!
