Somehow this morning I got up and just wanted a cup of coffee. I'd quit drinking it about 5 years back due to blood pressure issues.
Well, I went down stairs and all 3 of my cats were crowded together messing with something. Twas a mouse....
Poor little fellow didn't make it.
That coffee is still hot, it'll sit a bit lest I burn my tongue.
I left Mom a note with the corpse of that poor little critter - Mom needed to see that. She just might feed the kitties a little more this morning = they didn't eat the mouse.
See how complicated my world is in retirement.....
