Can we see more photos from different perspectives? It looks like a toy, maybe from a 1959 Mattel Agent Zero 1867 Remington Derringer Toy Cap Gun Belt Buckle

I Found 2 of them over the Years, Both were Lighters ,
looked slightly Different then yours so No idea on yours

mine looked more like this one
