My First Seated Dime!

Did some research while i was working today and found a good park to hit at quitting time. When i got to the park it was full of little leaguers so i decided on a different place and as i was headed that way i missed the highway and was gonna turn around in a parking lot...when i pulled in i noticed it was a school and thought it could be fate..well it was! Pulled this 1874 seated, and a 35 Merc! That's only silver coins 3 and 4 for me this year..actually ever as this is my rookie year. I was super excited and can't wait to go back tomorrow!

Oh yeah..the seated was only 4"down..the Merc was deeper...the other coin is a 44 wheatie

I found an 1884 Indian cent & a 1908-D Barber quarter only a couple inches deep: they were the same depth as the memorial cents in the yard. I remember my first seated liberty dime and still have only ever found 4.

Sure do! Dug two more silvers tonight, numbers 5 + 6 for the year,a 43 merc that I demolished with my lesche, and a 52 rosie!..also got 4 wheaties and a 59 memorial. I love the E-trac! Btw GetgoldCT, we gotta go detecting again soon, let me know! HH everyone!

Thanks man! I just wish the spot I'm at was bigger!, its just a small field/playground behind a school...but I'll take it while i can!
