my first seated dime!!

I was metal detecting at a spot I hit been to few times but never found much. Oldest coin I had found was a 1945 wheat. But I got a 80-81 4 inches down in some rocks and there she was! The main building near it was built in 1914 so I do not know how it was in circulation long and still be in decent shape

I have found many items that seemed out of place. I have dug barber coins in my neighborhood and most of the homes are brand new. Many of them are built over old farms. I have even found a button from the early 1800's or late 1700's yet there were no real white settlements here until the 1850's.

Congrats and don't ponder too long on how it came to be. Just get out there and hit it again.
