My first silver coins!

I finally dug my first silver coins! I put on my 5X8 coil and started slow in an area I've hunted before. I get a signal in the silver range but the area of the signal seemed a little large for a coin. I dig the plug, flip it, and two silvers come flying out! 1890 Seated Liberty Dime and a 1900 Barber Dime. I couldn't be happier!

And yes, Small Coils are fantastic at isolating good targets !
Just my opinion ... if I could only own one coil it would be small to medium sized - I'll take separation over depth any day.

You’re going to like the 5X8 coil. You can hear targets better, in trashy areas. Keep swinging slow. That’s key. If you’re not, already, hunt in pro zero; with zero discrimination. Congratulations on your first silvers!
