My first time out and I found a Porsche

I just bought my first meatel dectector. I got a cheep one on ebay. I went out on a local beach with my partner Con and I got some nice hits. i found $2.92 in coins, 2 arcade tokens, 1 silver Fake bracelet( I craped my pants when it broke the surface) and a Matchbox 1978 porsche with so minor body damage. As we were finishing up, a strong storm was comming ashore. I wanted to stay but an electric metal detector on an open beach is not a good idea!

Those are great finds for a first time! WTG ....I am confused on what an electric metal detector is tho...did you have it plugged in to an extension cord? Nice pics and looking forward to your finds!

Great start, congrats on all these finds!
Just remember, you could have just as easily dug a gold and diamond ring out there judging by your success. You have to have patience and a little luck and it will happen.

How many can say they found a porsche 1st time out. Very nice finds!! Be sure to hit it again after the storm. Some of the best finds are made after a storm. Look for and check at the base of any cuts made in the beach. Taking a 2nd pr of underwear is common knowledge. Rookies Sheesh! WTG!! HH
