My first "V" Nickel

Hey guys. Out again today for a few hours same spot. After my ring finds yesterday I started digging every pulltab signal I got which ended up being around 2 dozen. Ace 250 is hard to distinguish good from bad so that's what you got to do. After yet another signal showing 2-4" it did zero in on 5 cents and sure enough that's what I got. But to my surprise 1892 stuck out beautifully and realized I got my first "V". I love those first finds. Ended up with lots of clad, 4 wheaties, 2 bullets, and various other little keepers but this took the prize. Lots of detail under all that grime. Going out tomorrow with a friend hope to find more if we don't die of heat stroke first. Wish me luck.

Not only is it a nice first, it's a really nice condition for the date as well. While I can't see all of LIBERTY in the headband, I'm going to stick my fool neck out and say it's probably there. Clean carefully! Probably a $20-30 coin there, maybe more.
