I have been metal detecting in a 100 year old railroad logging camp and here are some of my finds from this past year.

Winchester model 1894 saddle ring carbine
Harmonica reeds
I.D. tag #24 and unknown medal (can read "San Francisco" and "1910"
I.D. tag #124 and 1907 indian head penny
black engraved flea comb "wizard" "no.330" possibly baleen?
3 forks stamped "prussian silver"
women's two piece belt buckle (found each side two months apart)
horse bridle rossette (star)
suspender adjusters
suspender swivels
"boston garter" mens sock garter

Yes sir, smokin' finds indeed. One way to lose a gun is in a bunkhouse fire. The gun was actually my first real find that was scattered among pieces of a pot bellied stove. The other items went through the fire as well. Thanks for the comment.
