Recently my friend Bula found a nice gold cross and small gold ring, they were posted here on Treasure net. yesterday another friend stopped by he had been detecting in northern nevada, last weeked. He said the friend he was with found a few chinese cash coins and a 1876-cc seated dime and a 1853 seated quarter. Not bad. He then reached into his pocket and pulled out three coins. He said he had found some chinese cash coins but the three in his pocket where his best, all found at a tent site under an old tree. The first was a 1868 two cent piece, good but not great. The second was an XF seated quarter dated 1867-s. WOW! Coin world trends lists it at $1500.00. Finally he pulled out a gold coin, his first. it was a 1852 two and a half in VF condition.
As for me I found some new change and a Brass duck paperweight, all I can say is Quack Quack!...Kane 23

It's out there! It's just a matter of finding it, and thats the thrill.

That was a great find if yours brings in that much or more ::)

It's just a matter of getting the coil over the right spot.

Lol good story congrats to your friends and better luck next time!

If you want to find gold coins here is a spot for ya bud.
Its just west of Lehi and it was the camping area before the main camp Floyd was established at Fairfield.
I left the coordinates on so you can find it if you like.
