My Garrett GTI 2500 for filmmaking

Hi

I'm using my GTI 2500 for film my relics hunting. I like to share with all you my configuration and mounting camera on the shaft. The camcorder: Countour. I found a pulley(Polea in Spanish). I don't know if that pulley is old. I detect using the 4-1/2" sniper coil in all metal mode, manual ground balanced, and high sensitivity. Believe me, it goes deep (12" easily).

Nice setup. Does it make it feel reel heavy or throw balance off a lot. Prob not much with sniper but bigger coil might I would think. Good luck.

I feel light and throw balance because the 4" sniper coil. Now, when I use the 9-1/2" coil, I feel reel heavy. I never thought I could go deeper with the sniper coil, of course, in all metal and high sensit.

No, didn't lose it. I had to sell it and get a lighter machine. It was a bit to heavy for me. It was a fantastic detector though.
