When out for an hour today to area where I found my US plate buckle and found my first gun

Did a little research it shoots a 2mm ball , they are call pinball fire, going to clean it clean and see if it works

It looks real? .22?

2 mm would be about an 8 caliber (.078"), about the thickness of your typical highway sign.

Wow. I thought it was a key chain thing so gargled it. Guess they are real. The things I found say one's like yours made in 1930's and the ones for sale were graded A or B as to condition/finish. Little over 100 bucks. They also said they were made to fire blanks only. Others for sale at the sight I saw did shoot 2mm balls. Think you had to load each ball with a blank. Please be careful trying to shoot that thing. Maybe put it in a vice outside (somewhere safe), put a sting on it and hide behind a big tree the first time you touch it off. Good luck.

Cool little recovery. Maybe soak it (not thinking water)for a while to free up the working bits so not to force the hammer back.
