My latest Seiko Chrono

I just paid $21.72 for this Seiko Arcadia Chrono at the arc. It ain't running and I hope all it needs is a new bat, but it should be fine "fingers crossed". It may be a donation of dead inventory, as it looks NOS. It's a handsome looking stainless steel, double folding clasp with a sapphire crystal timepiece. It's got the box, but no papers. Saw one on eBay with an asking price of $175. This one will be added to the other Seiko's I've collected searching the 2nd hand market. Some geese were also coming to check out the deals at the arc when I was there.

No need for restoration, as I believe it's new old stock that was more than likely donated as dead inventory. I looked up the date it was from by an online Seiko calculator which you enter the movement model and case model codes, but it said it was either a 1991 or 2001 model. I think it's a 2001 as it looks more in the style of watches from that time, but models from most of the 90s, look a lot the same also. It's not one of great desire by vintage Seiko collectors, but still a nice watch for what I paid. Heck a new nicer plastic Casio at Walmart would cost more than the money I gave for this watch.
