well its a small town bank and they know me and the wife well and the wife talked to one of the girls there and they got a laugh out of it and said no problem i just have to sign my nick to it lol

check signed and cashed and the girl at the bank still had a big grin on her face and laughing about it got my $25 and all is well tonight lol also hunted the yard for about 15 minutes and found 1 dime and 6 pennies nothing very old though 1968 penny

Actually this may be a bit of a problem. According to my bank there are new govrnment rules about depositing checks that aren't made out to a person on the acount. Something in reaction to 9/11 and how those idiots got their financing.

I had to open a seperate checking account that said "My Name Doing Business As Business Name". All this for an ebay store that isn't making much at the moment anyway but we still get checks or money orders made out to the store name two or three times a month from people without paypal accounts.

It'll be interesting to see what happens.
