My metorite ??? Doubtful ... Any ideas?

I dug up a very magnetic rock. After cleaning it though it no longer looks like a rock it has almost a "nut" hexagon shape but its not consistent and other parts are magnetic on it and there is no center hole ... It's solid ... During cleaning a piece broke off which I pictured and I show the piece stuck to my magnet wand ... Any idea what I unearthed?

Sorry if its not the greatest quality ... It's just a phone lol and thanks for the input! :-)

I'm not sure if its "heavy" for it's size but at like a small 2 inch rock it rings in at almost a pound? So it has some weight for its small size :-)
