This is my first of several that I am building to sell, I will be making a few changes from my last one to simplify a few things and cut back on the weight of some parts. I will post updates as I go. Thanks for looking.

So far I have spent more time building jigs to help speed up the process of the others I will be building, the first one is going a lot slower than I would like due to the changes I am making but I can tell that it will really make the other ones go a lot faster when I get the jigs built. Thanks for the nice comments, jog.

Made a little progress today and yesterday, made this hopper but will be redoing it because I didn't like the way it ended up. I still need to build the drain on the tub under the drum.

Uhhh how does the paydirt get from the hopper to the drum?
Just kidding, but it caught my eye. You must have a good way of cutting the hole after it's already welded.

Jog, I am building a 12'' trammel also and see that you are and have used the spray bars on the outside of the drum.
I was thinking of putting mine outside also as I can see the benefits.
I am assuming this has worked for you since you continue to do it that way. Wes

The advantage I like about it is that the only thing in the drum is what I shovel into it, nothing to get in the way. I have done a little tweeking on this last one that I am hoping will really change things up a bit. Hope to test this one Sat.

If you do put the sprayer's on the outside, make sure the holes are drilled so the water sprays at an angle down towards the oposite side of the drum. I haven't used punch plate on the drum, don't think that would work to well with the sprayer's on the outside.
