Since I haven't had any luck finding arrowheads, I have recently took up an old hobby of mine...oil painting. Here are a few that I have done lately and I would like to share them with you. Thanks for looking.

impressive talent!!! the one on top right is my favorite.

I like the bottom one. Looks like some of that wet-on-wet technique similar to Alexander's work.

That is some really Awesome Talent. You have a God Given Gift. Congrats.....I like them all.

When I was a kid I would sit and watch a PBS show on Saturday mornings, and this guy would whip up similar ones like yours within a half hour time. I was always amazed and often tried to do the same and failed every time. Great talent and thanks for that memory. Wish I remembered that guys name.

Bob Ross, that's the guy

Thanks for all the comments. I used to watch Bob Ross and my love for painting was intensified. I always wanted to paint just like him. He was simply amazing to watch.

I always wondered if Bob smoked one before or after the show...his little accidents weren't the only thing happy lol.
I see his influence in your work. Nice job on all!

WOW! ''Thumbs Up''

Nice paintings Huntress, keep painting!!!!

I recognize Bob Ross style .... I also paint too, I am a certified Bob Ross instructor although I no longer teach and I also did wild life oils.

Here are few of mine.

No, thank you for posting yours, it is always nice to see someone else who enjoyed Bob's style of painting..[emoji106]

Excellent! Reminds me of some of the places I camp. I never did oils, but I was always fascinated with Bob Ross cause he made it look so easy with his happy little clouds and happy little trees. They've ressurected him in a current TV commercial, I see.

Huntress since you requested.. Here are a few more...

Wow those are gorgeous Treasure Hunter. I just did another one this afternoon. It is my first attempt at painting an oval picture. My husband says it is better than my last one...I think he's impressed...:laughing7:

I remember watching Bob Ross with my wife. I believe it was about the 1990s or early 2000s. He was remarkable! My wife painted only on picture before she died. It was a picture of a Bluejay. We had several that stayed around our house, along with several Cardinals, Mockingbirds, and Hummingbirds. (Back in central Texas.)

I tried my hand at painting an oval framed picture.
