Anyone else use tect o track? I was going in line back and forth but got bored with that so just started walking.. found .60 cents in clad and alot of junk. Nice to get out 50℉ in January

Man you climbed right over the house detecting!!

I have a CTX and haven't used the GPS too much, I should try it more often. It is kind of fun looking up where you have been!. Be good too when gridding a place!!

Ya that's a pavilion I shot through real quick. And Ya I was going to grid this was going in lines at first and then got bored so just started walking haha it's open and feels like it takes forever to get anywhere so I'll cut off and then go back to where I left off in grid another day haha and I like having it just to see where I been like you said. Just a neat extra for after the hunt

Yup it is I believe you can get the pro version but it doesn't have much special

This one let's you mark out multiple property that you want to search and then just go in pick the property you are at you marked out hit start search and throw phone in pocket and start swinging

How does it know to put a yellow dot in place? Does it just measure how much time you spent there?

It uses your phones GPS and uses that to know how often to drop the dots. And I am unsure if it keeps time I'm thinking not but I never really looked into that

Oh... so it's just tracking the path, rather than where the finds are?

You can add where you find things.

Ya I like it for griding out a place cuz if you have to leave and can't get back for a while you can look at see where you left off
