I still have hopefully another 3-4 weeks of hunting before the ground freezes. I hope to get another ring this year either on land or in the water. I think I have hit at least the 70 ring mark this year using the Infinium, the Ace, the GTI 2500 and the Scorpion. The Scorpion really surprised me this year with it's attraction to rings or similar shaped targets.

Keep them. :icon_jokercolor: My wife, sons and daughter sometimes wear them. Otherwise, I just enjoy the fact that I have 600+ rings at home that I dug up. But then that is over a period of nearly 15 years of metal detecting.

So tell me about this "Scorpion" John ? How much ? Weight ? Balance ? TID ? Recovery speed ? Etc.... :o 8) :tongue3:

................JOHN, I'm curious.................out of the 70 rings found this year..............how many were found out in the water?? How many found in the sandy part of the beach?? And how many were found at a non-beach location??.............Thanks Joe
