My season is over

[1942 merc]

Winter stayed through April this year so I got to look at my equinox for a month before I could even dig .It snowed two days ago and has been -4 or so . I am having withdraws already . I thought I would post my best of my short season . The areas I pulled all this stuff from is the same areas I pounded with my ATP for two years and my deus for a year before I got my equinox this year . All these areas have been hit hard over the years . I have to say the equinox is a dime machine . Not shown are another 20 silver dimes or so along with over a 100 wheat's and 30 or so IHP and a ton of other stuff . I .

I was thinking of doing a down south trip this winter . I need to start researching where to go .Just give me the GPS digits to your spot . I want a silver 3 cent piece .

I have to throw in the towel, as well. It warmed up into the 40s for a bit today, but sadly, the soil is a solid ice block and even my heaviest, sharpest shovel wasn't able to penetrate more than an inch. Drove home and cleaned out the back of my vehicle for the year. Too early!!

I have an Equinox 600 that I use in conjunction with my XP Deus. You are right, the Equinox loves dimes! Stay warm this winter, you had a great season!

You have some awesome coins and other finds there for a short season. In fact, better quality finds than mine and I can hunt all year long in So Cal.

awesome job for the time you were able to get out. don't blame you on the bitterness of the cold like that. I get a case of cabin fever down here and usually within a week or two we have a warmer day or so before it gets bad again. too cold for me!
