My wife finds HUGE silver today!!!!

Last night while my wife was doing her paper route she found this HUGE 5.50z .925 silver chain. Any one know what the scrap value of this would be today?

Around $100. Probably a little less. I think silver is just shy of 20 an oz.

I tared the container so the weight is only the chain.

Could probably get 175 to 200 For it online if you wanted to. Definitely sell for more than scrap though.

Personally I would put up a free local ad in your paper, or in a few local stores asking somebody to call and describe it if they lost one, never know you may get a nice reward, or just a good bump to your karma levels.
