✅ SOLVED Mysterious Lead Object - Thoughts?

I was detecting an old New England farm the other day and found this in the middle of an old, long abandoned farm field. I have found a lot of lead items, but I have never seen one quite like this. It has six holes around the circumference, almost like some sort of instrument, and one hole through the bottom. Has anyone seen anything like this?
