🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Anybody know what this is called?

Found it scrounging around the desert. I know it's modern and possible electrical line use(found it near an electrical substation). Is it worth anything? Approx. 4" long and 3/4" wide. Tough angled bolt with a hole through the threads
