Hit this mysterious property with around a dozen staircases just like in the picture all leading up to nothing, and another stone structure near the twin pine trees sinking deeeeep down into the earth. I suspected there were houses there before but not sure. Place was littered with iron bits and glass.

Don't know if you worked it, or not, but I'd be covering every inch of the area
circled in red, and for as far as it goes, either direction.

Steps like that are where people got into their cars, or carriages, wagons, etc. ,
and a great location for them to lose goodies out of their pockets. :icon_thumleft:

Great finds !

The old Chinese coins had no value so it was common to use them as decorations.
These Sewing Baskets were very popular in the 1930's - 40's era.
That's why a lot of people find 1700's and 1800's Chinese coins in the yards around newer houses.
Also, there's a few sites on the internet that you can go to and match up the characters on your coin to see when it was made.
